QINLOCK represents a well-tolerated and new treatment option designed specifically for people with GIST. QINLOCK was proven to give patients in our clinical study significantly more time living without tumors growing or spreading (median1 progression-free survival of 6.3 months versus 1.0 month for placebo). The most common side effects included, but are not limited to, hair thinning or hair loss, tiredness, nausea, abdominal pain and constipation.
